Each apartment is individually priced based on features, upgrades, location and availability.

How can I avoid leasing scams?

We will never ask you to pay via Gift Card, CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Zelle, or any other application.

Do you allow pets at West Pointe?

West Pointe allows up to two pets per apartment with a $300 fee for the first pet, $150 for the second and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Submit requests through the resident portal at westpointe-apts.residentportal.com/auth or call the leasing office. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day.

What is your parking policy?

West Pointe offers first come, first served surface lot parking for residents and guests.

Do you offer cable and internet services?

Service options depend on local providers. Contact the office for current details.

Can I grill on my patio or balcony?

Personal grills are not allowed on patios or balconies. Residents may use designated grilling areas.

How do I refer a friend to live at West Pointe?

Contact the leasing office and they will guide you through the referral process.

What steps do I need to take to move out?

A written 60 day notice is required. Notices may be submitted through the portal or to the office.
